I would like to know if anyone has a list of all the services that MUST be running at all times in Windows 10. I have a feeling that some service that should be running, isn't. Okay so my symptoms are that my services.msc as well as other applications won't start or will take 15 minutes to start and then freeze instantly. Normally I'd just reinstall windows but I can't really go through backing up everything I need right now. The malware is confirmed gone but I'm afraid it has left my machine in a less than normal state. So i just cleared a virus off of my machine.
